We currently ship to all regions within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we are exploring options to expand our reach in the future.
Delivery Timeframe
Our total delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed, encompassing both handling and transit times, as detailed below:
- Handling Time: Orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Each item is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, reflecting Lumelair’s commitment to quality.
- Transit Time: Once shipped, your order typically takes 2 to 5 business days to reach you, depending on your location within the United States and the shipping carrier’s schedule.
Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.
Total Processing and Delivery

- An order placed on Monday before 2:00 PM PST will typically be processed by Tuesday or Wednesday and delivered between Wednesday and the following Monday.

- No P.O. Boxes: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as our carriers require a physical address for delivery of our products.
