We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’ve designed our return policy to be clear, fair, and customer-focused. Below is a detailed overview of our return and refund process for orders placed within the United States.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  2. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging to ensure it remains in a resalable state.
  3. All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  4. Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Package the Item
Carefully repackage the product in its original packaging, including all parts and paperwork. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return
Drop the package off at the appropriate shipping carrier using the prepaid label. Keep your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping on all approved returns within the U.S. using our prepaid label. If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  1. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  2. The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding any original shipping charges (if applicable).
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3–10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Note: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all associated costs and ensure a swift resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  1. Items that have been used, altered, or washed

Exchanges
